Shipping Policy

At Origin Kollective, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the information below regarding our shipping process, delivery timeframes and shipping costs.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.

Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Origin Kollective is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

New Zealand Shipping

We currently ship orders throughout New Zealand.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• North Island: 1–3 business days

• South Island: 2–5 business days

• Rural addresses: Allow an additional 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option available for your order.

From time to time, Origin Kollective may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping offers. Any applicable promotion will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us so we can assist.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We will work with the courier to locate your parcel.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and Origin Kollective cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our obligations under New Zealand consumer law.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery details before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel needs to be redirected or re-shipped, additional shipping costs may apply.

If you notice an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the item before disposing of anything.

Contact us as soon as possible at admin@originkollective.co.nz with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged packaging

• Photos of the damaged item

• A brief description of the damage

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

International Shipping

At this time, Origin Kollective ships within New Zealand only, unless otherwise stated on our website.

International shipping may become available in the future.

Click & Collect is currently not available unless specifically stated on our website.
